Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace: how well are businesses progressing?

Are businesses taking actions to guarantee Diversity and Inclusion?

At the end of 2020 (during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic), Savanta asked businesses in Great Britain whether they had taken any specific actions on Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace.

At the time, just 3 in 10 businesses had undertaken some form of Diversity and Inclusion action, such as developing a formal D&I  policy or conducting D&I training for all staff.

Now, three years later,  Savanta wants to know if things have changed and if there is a greater focus towards these initiatives and a greater influence on decision-making policies.
