  • New research shows that one in ten UK employees across five key sectors do not feel valued at al by their current employer
  • 87% of UK workers across these sectors say that small perks are important to retaining good staff

Research carried out by Nespresso, in partnership with ComRes, shows that the provision of small perks in the office play a surprisingly important role when it comes to improving employee morale, talent retention and staff motivation. Nearly nine in 10 (87%) UK workers across five key sectors – Technology / IT, Creative / Communications, Financial, Legal and HR – say that small perks in the office (such as high quality coffee, fresh fruit and snacks) are crucial to retaining good staff.
