Survey of UK adults on behalf of the CAA on usage of and attitudes towards aviation

  • Overall satisfaction has returned to a level similar to that recorded before the pandemic began.
  • 82% of travellers who flew in last 12 months say they were satisfied with the overall travel experience.
  • This compares to 77% of travellers who flew in the months immediately after the pandemic (March 2020 – December 2020, Wave 9 figures).

Methodology

Savanta ComRes interviewed 3,502 UK adults online and via telephone between 22nd September and 21st October 2021. Data were weighted to be demographically representative of all UK adults by age, gender, region, and working status.
