Survey of British adults on behalf of R3
The British public are divided on the impact of a potential interest rates rise. One in three (31%) say that their personal financial situation would be better off if interest rates were to rise by one percentage point in the next 18 months, while a similar proportion (28%) say that their situation would be worse off.
