GoodPractice – Google It: The Secret Online Lives of UK Managers Survey

  • Managers are most likely to say that conventional resources are effective when overcoming workplace management challenges. More than nine in ten managers say that relying on personal experience (95%) or seeking the advice of colleagues or a manager (91%) are effective when it comes to overcoming workplace management challenges.
  • When asked to choose between Google and specific trusted websites, more than three in five managers (63%) say that they prefer to use Google to find online content for overcoming management challenges. Just a quarter (27%) say that they tend to visit a specific website which they know and trust.
