Culture & Committees
Great people make Savanta who we are today. Our culture and success relies on investing in your futures and the wider organisation to create an environment in which you can thrive. We have 4 committees to ensure our staff come first. They offer a great way for people to get involved!
Health & Wellbeing:
Providing support and hosting events to raise awareness. Wellbeing surveys, trained mental health first aiders, access to LifeWorks.
Charities & Volunteering
Various events throughout the year to raise money for our charity of the year and organising our annual Volunteering week. And we’re a Corporate Patron of the Market Research Benevolent Association (MRBA).

A mix of education and celebration to help foster and promote an inclusive, supportive, and welcoming workplace.
Social
Provide opportunities for ‘Savanteers’ to forget about work for a little while. Arrange summer and end of year parties; and adhoc events throughout the year.
