Methodology

Savanta interviewed 8,976 UK adults between 6 October and 13 November 2023. UK data was weighted to be representative of the UK by age, gender, region, social grade and ethnicity.

The sample included 6,241 respondents in England, 1,101 respondents in Scotland, 1,102 respondents in Wales and 532 respondents in Northern Ireland. Data for each country was weighted to be representative of that country by age, gender, region, social grade and ethnicity. Savanta is a member of the British Polling Council and abides by its rules.
