Survey of British adults on children’s wellbeing on behalf of the Christian Institute
Almost nine in ten British adults (87%) agree that it is primarily the job of parents, not the Government, to bring up their children in the way they think best.
Two thirds (66%) agree that the Government’s role should be to guarantee that every child has what they need to live a good life.
