Is public opinion a barrier to AI?

We are very excited for Savanta’s Nicola Archer to be presenting at today’s Better Statistics CIC conference: Is public opinion a barrier to AI?

Nicola will be presenting findings from the CDEI latest report, focusing on data from the first wave of its tracker survey. The survey monitors how attitudes towards data and AI vary over time, as well as assessing the key drivers of trust in data use.

The agenda covers issues including:

• AI and the Digital Revolution
• Sustainability and the influence of Global Warming
• Measuring wellbeing and welfare

With the final session providing a duologue of Sir John Curtice and Sir Vince Cable to discuss the role of economics in the political debate.
