Business Confidence Northern Ireland Q4 2025

Business Confidence Index for Northern Ireland (NI) increased significantly in Q4 2025, moving up by 6 points.

This is a more encouraging sign after a drop of -10 points in Q3 2025, however overall confidence clearly remains subdued in NI.

About MarketVue Business Confidence

Quarter findings are from Savanta’s MarketVue Business Confidence. The survey was conducted between 18th September 2025 – 12th December 2025 and included 202 NI businesses of various sizes.

Indices are mean scores based on a scale of ‘extremely positive’ (100), ‘fairly positive’ (75), ‘neither positive nor negative’ (50), ‘fairly negative’ (25) and ‘extremely negative’ (0), for the question “How do you feel about the current health of the UK economy?”
