UK Active – Public polling for National Fitness Day 2020

Survey of UK adults on how UK adults think individuals can best support the NHS and reduce pressure on its services.

The survey asks UK adults about their views on how the public can help the NHS during the pandemic and the benefits of physical activity and exercise during COVID-19. It looks at how attitudes have changed as a result of the outbreak, with the majority of respondents showing a desire to live a healthier lifestyle. It also asks respondents what they perceive as the most valuable places in their community.

Methodology

Savanta ComRes interviewed 2,123 British adults aged 18+ online between 11th and 13th September 2020. The data were weighted to be nationally representative of UK adults aged 18+ by age, gender, region and social grade. Savanta ComRes is a member of the British Polling Council and abides by its rules.
