LCCI Quarterly Economic Survey Q4, Business relocation plans

Survey of London businesses on behalf of the LCCI about whether they have moved or have considered moving their London-based business activities either to elsewhere in London or to a location outside of the capital.

• The vast majority of businesses have not moved or considered moving business activities as a result of rising business rates (81%), rent increases (79%) or the UK’s decision to leave the EU (78%). However, in each case, around one in five say that they have moved or considered moving business activities, either to elsewhere in London, or to a location outside the capital.
