ETNO Digital Consumer Survey

Survey of 9,011 people across Europe on digital expectations.

European consumers are not fully aware of differences in protection standards between traditional telecoms and OTTs.

Consumers would welcome having a choice between paying a monetary fee for using a service or sharing their personal data instead.

Only a small minority of consumers have used public payphones recently, while online tools are the main way for finding contact details rather than phone books.
