Attitudes towards decriminalisation and legalisation of recreational drugs in the UK. Polling conducted amongst UK adults and MPs.

• Two in five Britons support decriminalisation (41%)
• This rises to half 2019 Lab voters (51%)
• Amongst all MPs, three in ten support it (30%)
• Support is significantly higher amongst Lab MPs (49%)

Savanta ComRes interviewed 2,144 UK adults between 23rd and 25th April 2021, 2,242 UK adults between 30th April and 2nd May 2021, and 101 Members of Parliament between 5th March and 20th April 2021.
