New ComRes poll shows opposition to current plans to build HS2.
- 52% of Britons nationally oppose the current plans to build HS2 while around 30% support them.
- Around three in ten Britons (28%) say they would be less likely to support the Conservative Party at the next election because of their support for HS2.
- Around two in five Britons (19%) say they are more likely to support Labour if the party opposed the current plans for HS2.
