Our client is a leading independent comms agency, creating front-page content to drive brand awareness for clients.
The Challenge
The comms agency needs to react quickly to UK and world events in order to have reactive news articles in the press within the following days.
In reality, the definition of reacting quickly is to deliver data for a 10-15 question quant project within 24 hours of the project being commissioned.
Our approach
Savanta worked with the agency to produce a customised survey template which included a survey skin and standard screening section which could be used for all projects, thus reducing the time between receiving the final questionnaire and launching fieldwork (typically between 30 minutes and 2 hours).
Alongside reducing the time taken to get into field, Savanta utilised proprietary technology to create an automated charting solution for the agency. This allowed us to generate branded charts using the client’s logo and company colours at the click of a button and to have them delivered back to the client within 24 hours of being commissioned to run the project.
The outcome
The solution has enabled our client to be competitive in the marketplace by providing them with the insights needed in time to meet press deadlines. This solution has been scaled up in the sense that Savanta now runs 200+ full service projects per year for the Comms Agency where this rapid response solution is frequently utilised.
