40% of London business leaders surveyed said that poor reliability and punctuality of commuter train services into the capital was one of the top three issues negatively affecting their business.
Two thirds (67%) say that problems such as delays, cancellations and overcrowding on commuter train services into London has had an impact on their business to some extent.
