- Word of mouth (77%) and reviews in newspapers, magazines or online (71%) are seen as the most trustworthy sources of information.
- Teaching is seen to offer the best work/life balance and medicine the worst, but there is no majority consensus on careers in any of the industries tested.

ComRes interviewed 2,035 British adults online between 31st August and 1st September 2016. Data were weighted by age, gender and region to be representative of all British adults.
