Savanta board members visit offices in APAC and the US

Savanta’s Danielle Rodriguez, Chief Commercial Officer and newly appointed Board member, took a trip to New York to visit our Americas Commercial Team. While Chief Services Officer, Mark Martins – also new to the Board – visited our team over in Delhi.

Where hybrid and remote working are becoming the norm, it’s crucial for global organisations to put time and effort into meeting teams from different regions to ensure a consistent and consolidated understanding of operations across the globe.

With that in mind, Savanta’s Danielle Rodriguez, Chief Commercial Officer and newly appointed Board member, took a trip to New York to visit our Americas Commercial Team. While Chief Services Officer, Mark Martins – also new to the Board – visited our team over in Delhi.

Danielle spent her time in the US working closely with the Commercial Team to solidify plans for the coming year. During the visit, knowledge was shared between the UK and US teams that would help drive our “One Savanta” initiative forward.

The initiative is designed to bring together the very best of Savanta, on an international basis. It is a continuous improvement programme aimed at bringing people, processes, best practices, tools and ways of working together, to create a Savanta with a coherent set of operations as we continue to grow around the world.

In order to achieve success in our global development, it is fundamental that we establish a strong identity that is consistent for both our clients and our people.

Mark’s trip to Delhi in March was to visit our wonderful APAC Team, many of whom he was meeting for the first time.

Our APAC Team plays a pertinent role in our mission to support clients with world-class client servicing, and Mark’s visit helped strengthen our relationships with them.

“It was a wonderful experience to meet our team members in person, talk about our vision as a company and spend time with the leadership team. Our India team plays a crucial role in the services we provide, and it was inspiring to see the passion and dedication they have for their work.”

– Mark Martins

Visits like these are fundamental steps towards sustaining even stronger relationships between our teams and making sure we remain a unified organisation, even as we continue to work remotely.
