We dove deep into their financial services experience and their need for new technologies to help their business perform better.
The outcome
Based on this research, the client launched a new product in late 2020 to address unmet needs of small businesses.
The product works with existing financial institutions to make payment processing more clear and give businesses immediate access to their cash flow information in an interactive dashboard.
