Survey of Conservative Councillors on behalf of Heathrow on the topic of UK infrastructure
- When asked to pick one of six major infrastructure projects tested, Conservative councillors are most likely to say that the next Government should prioritise Heathrow expansion (33%).
- Three quarters (75%) say that now that the UK has voted to leave the EU, it is most in the national interest to make a decision on airport expansion in the South East as soon as possible. One in seven (14%) say it is most in the national interest to wait.

ComRes interviewed 313 Conservative councillors in Great Britain online, between 5th and 14th July 2016. Data were weighted to be representative of all Conservative councillors in Great Britain by region.
